The John Deere X305R rear collect premium lawn tractor is new for 2012 and offers customers a unique machine which features TurboStar fan assisted grass collection, now with a larger impeller fan for up to 20% improvement in grass clipping processing capacity. These versatile machines can handle a variety of tasks and incorporate a number of desirable features for comfort, convenience and performance.

John Deere X305R - Key Features

The John Deere X305R fully welded steel frame and cast-iron front axle provide an extremely strong platform for more comfort, more versatility and more durability. Fitted with a 20hp air cooled Kawasaki engine featuring the John Deere exclusive iTorque Power System providing maximum output and performance. 

The 42" mower deck incorporates the TurboStar collection system - a powerful blower fan to propel grass into the collector. This is a superior system that packs the collector full. An electric blade shut off system prevents blocking by automatically shutting off the mower deck when the collector is full. A light also illuminates on the dash to inform the operator.

Hydrostatic Twin Touch pedal control for simple operation of the machine.
 
Colour coded controls are conveniently located for simple operation and identification. These include mower engagement, deck lift release (together with foot pedal), cruise control, park brake and separate throttle & choke.
