Can I collect my order from you?
No problem!
Make your purchase in the normal way online or on the phone. Just let us know which depot you would like to collect your order from. If you are ordering online, then please use the "Additional Information" box to tell us this. Our Accepted Methods Of Payment can be viewed here.
Your order will then be prepared as soon as possible. You will be contacted by email or phone when your order is ready for collection.
You will be required to bring some recognised form of identification with you when you collect your goods, such as your Driving Licence or Passport. The identification must confirm the billing address used to purchase the goods.
Can I pay on collection?
Yes you can. You can pay for your order on collection in the normal way using credit/debit card with chip & pin, cash or in advance by bank transfer. If you wish to pay on collection, your order will need to be taken on the phone.
