Allett 14" QC Scarifier Cartridge Description

Scarifier cartridges are designed to remove thatch, surface detritus, and dead moss. This cartridge also assists in elevating lateral growth prior to mowing.

By enabling air and water to penetrate the soil's surface, the scarifier's custom design helps maintain a healthy and disease-free lawn. This cartridge is equipped with replaceable rotating tines that remove dead vegetation and moss to facilitate the entry of nutrients into the soil.

The rotating spring tines are comparatively gentle on the lawn, so this cartridge can be used throughout the year without fear of causing damage to manage thatch levels and collect leaves in the autumn. The spring tine permits safe cultivation in areas where tree roots may be close to the surface. This is the ideal cartridge for novices to use in turf cultivation because it is unlikely to cause damage if set too deeply, but will produce excellent results if used frequently.
