SOVOS introduces the S3200 industrial safety helmet.Designed and approved in Europe to give the highest level of worker protection with a variety of features that emphasise comfort, customization, and compliance with the most recent safety requirements. IN STOCK FROM LATE SEPTEMBER 2023
The S3200 is exclusively available in WHITE and has a one-of-a-kind replaceable shell cover mechanism. This adaptable solution enables workers to simply alter the colour of their helmets to match their business colours or to distinguish between departments or job tasks. Both the shell and the cover fit together perfectly to form your own helmet solution. The S3200's dual certification to EN12492 and EN397 gives the wearer discretion of the standard they desire. The S3200 satisfies the most stringent industrial head protection safety regulations.
The helmet comes with a full set of authorised attachments and uses the SOVOS Adaptation System.

- • Supplied as standard with four-point chinstrap compliant with EN 12492
- Chinstrap can be easily removed or changed to conform to EN397
- Ratchet adjustment for smooth size adjustment (53-63 cm)
- 12 Ventilation Slots – Optional Ventilation Covers available
- Height-adjustable both front & rear + lateral-adjustment headband for improved fit
- Fully washable & replaceable absorbent headband for optimal comfort and hygiene
- Internal padding is washable and replaceable
- Headband and chinstrap specifically developed for use with hearing protection
- Outer Shell: Lightweight polypropylene.
- Inner Shell: Expanded polypropylene (EPP) for a high level of impact resistance
- Both Shell and Covers can be equipped with custom hi-vis kit
- Lamp clips as standard

The S3200 is supplied as standard with a Colour Coded chinstrap compliant to
- EN 12492 (identified by the Red Buckle and label stating EN12492)
This compliance is subject to the chinstrap remaining clipped together during use.
Should the S3200 be used with the supplied chinstrap in an un-clipped state or completely removed the helmet is only compliant to
- EN 397
An optional EN397 Compliant Chinstrap is available as an accessory, this chinstrap is identified by a Black Buckle and the attached label stating EN397. Refer to User Manual

Lifetime: In-use life of up to 5 years. Excessive wear and tear can considerably reduce the lifespan of the product.
