The ECHO DHCS-2800 is a cordless, single-sided hedge trimmer designed for professional use, offering a 28" (71 cm) cutting length in an incredibly lightweight design.
Like the DHC-2200R and DHC-2800R, it excels in both precise trimming and heavy-duty cutting—currently the only professional hedge trimmers capable of delivering on both fronts. All three models are among the lightest in their class, a result of ECHO's advanced engineering and use of premium-grade materials.
The single-sided blade design reduces overall weight while maintaining an extended reach, weighing just 2.9 kg (3.9 kg with battery). Built for professionals, it includes high-performance features such as a grease nipple for easy servicing, a fully metal transmission for enhanced durability, and triple-laser-sharpened blades mounted on a robust aerospace-grade aluminum rail.
