The 27-inch Turf Rake is a highly versatile implement that does much more than pull lateral growth, remove moss, and remove dead grass material. It can also be used to remove player footprints and broken grass stalks from the playing surface after football games. With its lengthier tines for enhanced collection, this is one of our most popular cartridges to date.

The thatch prevents vital elements such as water, oxygen, fertiliser, and nutrients from penetrating the soil. Imagine investing a substantial amount of money in fertiliser only for it to remain on top of the thatch level before being washed away by the subsequent rainfall.

Additionally, diseases such as fusarium and red thread can flourish in thatch.
