Allett 34" C-Range 6-Blade Cartridge Description

The blades on the 34" six-blade cutting cylinder have the same quality as the cylinder's ten blades.

The bottom blade and cylinder of the six-blade quick-change cartridge are made of steel that has been ground and hardened.

Since there is more space for grass clippings to pass through, a mower with fewer blades can typically handle longer, denser, or wetter grass better. With additional blades, more cuts can be made over the same distance, resulting in a slightly finer cut.

The ideal cylinder will largely depend on the type of terrain you intend to traverse. On a football pitch, for instance, a six-blade mower would be more than sufficient because the grass can grow longer. On golf greens, where the grass must be uniformly trimmed and kept shorter (approximately 3mm final cut), a 10 blade would be more appropriate.
