Eliet E450 Pro E-Power Scarifier SHELL

ELIET scarifiers are known for their Permanently Sharp BladesTM. These are self-sharpening blades that wear down through scarification but never lose their sharp tip. This ensures that the grabbing force of the blades remains unchanged throughout their life and the raking efficiency is not affected by blade wear. To ensure precision of work, the working depth setting is infinitely and very precisely adjustable.

The machine comes standard with Double CutTM blades. These are ultra-fine blades that are also mounted with a limited spacing of only 15 mm from each other. As a result, these blades comb through the turf intensively offering outstanding lawn scarifying results.

Permanent sharp blades for lawn scarifying

The special treatment of the blades provides a self-sharpening effect. Because of this effect, the sharp tip, which provides the grabbing power of the blades, will not diminish through wear and tear. As a result, the lawn scarifying performance of the machine does not decrease and the raking efficiency always remains constant.

Front and rear height adjustments for lawn scarifying

The machine features precision adjustment on the front wheels and cascading adjustment on the rear wheels. This allows the blades to always be set correctly and perfectly compensate for wear. This will prevent unnecessary damage to the turf and maximise blade life.

Vertical belt tensioner

To engage the blades, ELIET uses its renowned Vertical Belt TensionerTM. The battery motor is lifted up when the lawn scarifying blades are switched on, putting tension on the drive belt without the use of an idler pulley. This minimises wear and the risk of belt breakage, making the machine highly reliable in operation.
