How Much Does Delivery Cost?

To ensure the correct cost of delivery is shown, please ensure that you select the correct delivery location when viewing your shopping basket, then update your basket before proceeding to the checkout.

Goods of up to 100kgs approximately

Boxed goods weighing up to approximately 100kgs are delivered to the most of the UK mainland FREE of charge. They will normally be dispatched within 3 working days and using a "next day" carrier. We will let you know if this is to be significantly different.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, postcodes AB, PA, PH, DD, IV, KW, will be subject to a surcharge of £35.00 inc VAT and might not be a "next day" service.

Some AB and DD postcodes do not fall into this "Highlands" category so do please contact us with your precise postcode - we might be able to save you money!

Deliveries to Northern Ireland and The Isle of Man will be subject to a surcharge of £40.00 inc VAT and might not be a "next day" service.

Goods of approximately 100kgs and over

Some goods, mainly tractors and some of their accessories, need to be shipped on a pallet. Deliveries of these products to some postcodes will unfortunately carry a surcharge as detailed below (prices include VAT):

For a quote for delivery to off-shore locations including The Channel Islands, the Scottish Islands (including Isle of Skye) and other areas of Ireland, please contact us.

Garden tractors

Garden tractors with mower decks count as one item, see delivery information above for carriage charges. Optional accessories such as grass collection systems and additional mower decks may incur an additional charge as they will normally need to be shipped on a seperate pallet. We will notify you if this is the case. For further information please contact us.

Accessories

Orders made where accessories are ordered without main product items (e.g. garden tractor cutter deck on its own) may not be accepted or additional carriage charges may apply. We will notify you of this.

Important notice regarding access for deliveries

It is your responsibility to let us know if there might be any access problems for vehicles delivering the products that you have ordered. Particularly when lawn and garden tractors are ordered, lorries fitted with tail lifts will be used. Narrow lanes, low or overhanging trees, narrow entrances or the lack of a turning area are all examples of possible access problems. Any alternative or extra delivery arrangements that might need to be made will be at your cost.

Delivery times

Deliveries are usually made on working days only unless by prior arrangement. Please call us for more information and pricing regarding Saturday or timed deliveries.

Signing for deliveries

It is strongly recommended that all packages are inspected in front of the delivery driver prior to signing for them "in good condition". Where this is not possible, it is suggested that goods are signed for as "unchecked" or "damaged" otherwise claims against our carriers for goods damaged in transit are unlikely to be successful.
